Do I need to be home when you help?
Usually not. Most fixes happen remotely. If something needs hands-on work, I can come to you at the member house-call rate.
What if a fix takes longer than 30 minutes?
I'll tell you before going past it. Extra time is billed at your member rate, never as a surprise.
I already have antivirus. Do I still need this?
Antivirus is one piece. Essentials also watches your drive health, keeps updates running and gives you a person to ask before you click.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no contract.
