Is this for your business?
Most small business owners who sign up see their office in at least one of these.
💸 “Big Tulsa IT firms treat our small office like a small account, and we never hear back from them.”
🔧 “We don’t have an IT department. I just need our office computers and printers to work!”
🐢 “We’ve been working around a slow computer for months, and it’s holding up our customers.”
🛡️ “I worry about an employee clicking a fake invoice or phishing pop-up and locking up our business files.”
★★★★★ 200+ Google reviews · 🏢 Dedicated on-call IT partner · 🚚 On-site office calls available · 🗓️ Simple 1-year agreement
What’s included
Everything your office computers need to stay protected, backed up and running, with zero corporate bloat. Medical offices get a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.
🛡️ RANSOMWARE PROTECTION · 24/7 threat detection & response
One bad click can shut your office down for days. Every computer gets managed antivirus plus a real security team watching around the clock. They catch suspicious activity, isolate the computer and stop the attack, even at 2 a.m.
💾 Automatic backup
Your computers and Microsoft 365 email and files are backed up automatically. If a computer dies or ransomware hits, your work comes back instead of starting over.
📧 Email & web protection
Dangerous websites are blocked before they load, and your email accounts are watched for break-ins, so a stolen password doesn’t turn into fake invoices sent in your name.
🎓 Staff training & password manager
Short phishing training keeps your team sharp, and a business password manager ends sticky notes and reused passwords. Your weakest link gets a lot stronger.
🩺 Health monitoring & updates
Failing drives, overheating and low disk space get caught early, and Windows and app updates run after hours, so computers stay secure and ready without surprise restarts.
📲 “Text me before you click”
Anyone in your office can text me a photo of a suspicious email, invoice or pop-up and get a real answer from a real person. One quick text can save you a costly ransomware cleanup.
🖥️ Remote help every month
Printer acting up or email not syncing? Up to 2 hours of remote help every month (1 hour for single-computer offices), so problems get fixed while your team keeps working. No drop-off, no lost workday.
🏷️ $20 off every repair
When bigger work comes up, you pay less and get seen first. Members save $20 per service request on any billed labor, including repairs, on-site visits and help beyond your included hours, with priority scheduling, starting after your first month.
📜 Monthly health report: a plain-English summary in your inbox that shows every computer in your office is protected, backed up and healthy. Peace of mind without having to ask.
How it works
Getting your office covered takes one quick conversation.
1. Text or call me
Tell me how many computers are in your office (1 to 15) and what’s been slowing your team down.
2. I set everything up
I install your security, backup and monitoring tools, check every computer for issues, and put updates on an after-hours schedule.
3. You’re covered
I watch your computers in the background. You or your staff text me whenever something looks suspicious or needs a quick remote fix.

My tools monitor computer health and security, not your documents. I only access a computer when you ask for help or to fix a problem. Medical offices also get a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.
Will automatic updates restart our computers while we're working?
No. Updates are scheduled after hours, so your team won't get surprise restarts during the workday.

Anyone in your office can text me a photo or screenshot of a suspicious email, invoice or pop-up. I'll tell them whether it's safe before they click.
