How it works
1. Text me
Send a text to 918-609-3434 and tell me how many computers you'd like covered.
2. I set everything up
I install monitoring and antivirus remotely, or at a house call if you'd rather I come by.
3. I keep watch
You use your computer like normal. I handle updates, watch for trouble and send your monthly report.

Remote help covers quick fixes up to 30 minutes a month per household. Repairs, parts, data recovery and new-computer setups are billed separately at the member rate.
Questions
Do I need to be home when you help?
Usually not. Most fixes happen remotely. If something needs hands-on work, I can come to you at the member house-call rate.
What if a fix takes longer than 30 minutes?
I'll tell you before going past it. Extra time is billed at your member rate, never as a surprise.
I already have antivirus. Do I still need this?
Antivirus is one piece. Essentials also watches your drive health, keeps updates running and gives you a person to ask before you click.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no contract.
