I can usually give you a good idea of what's wrong with your machine with a free over-the-phone consultation. 

My base residential fee of $85 covers the first hour. Time spent beyond that will be $30 per hour. Commercial rate differs from the above residential rate.

I understand that you work hard for your money. You will not be charged if I can't do anything to help you.
